High Intensity Grade Reflective Sheeting

High Intensity Grade Reflective Sheeting: This sheeting is know as an "encapsulated lens" sheeting, made of 2 layers which are  an outer translucent pigmented layer, and an inner reflective layer faced with glass beads. The two layers are connected by a lattice, hence its distinctive 'honeycomb' appearance, where the lattice pattern varies by manufacturer for easy identification. This is currently the minimum recommended sheeting for ADOT regulatory, warning, and marker signs. Cost is about twice that of Type I. Generally regarded to have a ten year service life. Produced by

High Intensity reflective sheetings are durable sealed reflective films, at least three times as bright as engineering reflective films. This material is successful in producing traffic signs. Although signs are in a high angle and bright zone, strong-level reflective sheetings make signs quite clear, thus effectively warning drivers traffic dangerous circumstance ahead.

High Intensity reflective sheetings are suitable for traffic signs of ordinary roads, that is, ordinary highways, one-level, two-level, three-level, four-level roads and temporary signs.
